In the fields below please fill in your name and select each Minyan Location (Main Sanctuary Men, Main Sanctuary Women, Upstairs Sanctuary Men, or Upstairs Sanctuary Women). After the dropdown, there is a seat request field and a notes field for letting us know any special requests or necessary accommodations. You may type in location preferences into the notes field as well (e.g., front/back, near mechitza or near wall).  Please note that the seating committee may not be able to honor all requests.

3. Payment

Clicking "SUBMIT" below will take you to our secure payment gateway to process your payment.  The requested payment will be based on the selections you made above.  Seats requests are not processed in our system until payment is made.  

If you receive an error message after hitting "SUBMIT" you may not have completed each required field. 

You will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive one we did NOT receive your submission.
